Tending the Fire - Pumpkin Spice and Goals that Feel Nice
I sent this IG post to the Nurtured Team a few weeks ago with a confession that… it’s me! I can definitely fall into the pumpkin spice > holidays > circle back in the new year mentality. 🙃 Sometimes it's nice to allow the current of time to sweep us up and move us along.
And while in some ways it can feel like the end of the year is right around the corner, in other ways, there’s still plenty of time to make hay in 2024. The remaining months aren’t a wash– they can be a really important time to check-in and see if we’re showing up with intention and then recalibrate as needed.
So I offer to you, some reflection questions that have been supportive for myself and clients as of late. May you reflect and take action in whatever way feels meaningful to you as we move through our final days of summer and into fall.
